How to Develop a Spiritual Success Partner

March 10, 2010

1. Identify a woman who is "like minded," who has the attitude and exudes the philosophy that you like and feel drawn to? someone who is on the same wavelength spiritually.

2. Ask her if she will be your Spiritual Success partner, in other words, you will support each other’s SPIRIT.

3. Determine who will make the phone call and at what time. Calls should be made either five times a week or daily.

4. During the call: LISTEN to her feelings of the moment, TELL her what you heard and ASK what she needs inside for her challenges of the day (this is like a prayer need.)

For example: She might say, "I am feeling overwhelmed. I need reassurance that I’ll get everything done."

5. Offer a prayer OR affirmation. For example, if she’s feeling overwhelmed, you might say, "I see you calm and centered, guided to do what you know is most important."

6. Take YOUR turn. Share your feeling of the moment and challenging need for the day. Be brief. You don’t need to offer long stories and details.

Preparing For Enlightenment

March 4, 2010

Enlightenment can come in an instant or it may take many life cycles.

The shortest distance between two points is in a straight line and so the fastest way to achieve enlightenment is to know that you are already enlightened.

Few of us will be able to do that on demand because we all have lifetimes of experiences and circumstances that say we cannot do it. So we have to wrestle with all our memories and the wisdom of others that we have adopted to get to a place where we can accept our new awareness.

Changing a lifestyle can be met with great difficulty and struggle or wild abandonment and joy. It is simply another trip or a course along a different path that has an alternative purpose. It is not going to be any easier or more difficult than the one that you already chose and it will mean sacrifice or clearing depending on how you think of it.

Because there will be a profound change in you and your lifestyle you will lose people along the way, including friends and family. For one thing as you move along your new path you will learn a different language and as you start to master this language your friends and family will no longer understand you; it will not be so easy to communicate with them, nor they with you.

The Winds of Change

February 25, 2010

Humanity is entering a very critical time in its path of evolution. The winds of change began to blow over eighteen years ago at the event you call Harmonic Convergence but the only ones who felt this at first were those many call star-seeds or light workers. Today almost everyone on the planet is being swept up into them. The third dimension world of duality is beginning to be blown away so to speak.

What does this mean? The tsunami and fires and floods and the changing weather conditions are one of Gaia’s reaction to the winds of change. Mother Earth has been balancing negative energy from humanity for a long time and now the time has come for the planet to release this. The transition from the old to the new Earth can be smooth and effortless or harsher. You can make a difference here. Never doubt this. Everyone contributes to the energy on earth and the more anchored you are in the higher dimensions, the more you can help the planet to anchor itself there as well.

The CAB Approach to Spiritual Growth

February 18, 2010

I have been thinking a lot about the spiritual growth process and I thought I would share. I think that what enlightenment really involves is accepting the light that already exists within each of us and in every one and every thing. Of course we have created many layers and blockages to prevent us from seeing the light and we have gotten attached to these layers which is why clearing can be so painful. Anyway the approach I am taking to spiritual growth boils down to three things: Commitment, attitude and balance.

Commitment: We all have been given the gift of time and energy by Spirit. When we give this gift back to Spirit by dedicating our time and energy to finding out who we are then the universe responds by supporting us in this search. Eventually as long as we maintain a strong focus on being who we really are, we develop a force field around us that magnetizes and energizes the process. The time and energy we dedicate to this search for inner meaning/realization is magnified many times by Spirit so that growth for each of us becomes effortless in many ways.

What are Angels? Angelic Guidance Explained

February 13, 2010

Angels are making their presence felt everywhere. Once I started opening myself up to the draw of the angelic realms little reminders are catching my eye along the way.

What is an Angel?

There are lots of angel definitions that people have used to describe these celestial beings or even referring to earth angels lets have a look at a few descriptions I have come across:

An Angel is :

~ a force of light, many different types, all working for a higher power ~ a celestial being that acts as an intermediary between heaven and earth ~ a messenger of deities, which link God and man ~ a kind and lovable person; one who manifests goodness, purity, and selflessness ~ a divine or semi-divine being who is able to work with humanity for a number of purposes ~ a personification of the concept of holiness ~ the light of truth, wisdom, guidance, a coming birth or death, literally or figuratively ~ an androgynous being of a light, fast vibration on a high spiritual hierarchy ~ a spiritual helper for humankind ~ winged messengers, luminous and closest to God, All that Is ~ a high spiritual being appointed by God, Ultimate Source, All that Is to guide , protect and help us, Gods Creation

Getting to Spiritual Enlightenment

February 8, 2010

The expression “Spiritual Enlightenment” has been used often in reference to personal spiritual development. What exactly is meant by this term however has been vaguely defined. My research on the topic has found it linked to some of the following experiences:

1. A connection to a higher self

2. A connection to an inner knowing

3. A connection to spiritual energies or beings beyond one’s self

4. Altered states of consciousness

5. Out of body experiences i.e. astral travel, remote viewing etc.

6. An greater intuitive awareness

7. An enhanced energy state in the body

8. Precognitive or other clairvoyant experiences

9. Extrasensory perceptive experiences

10. Hypnotic experiences

In this article I aim to propose a new experiential definition of Spiritual Enlightenment that is not only accessible to everyone but which also provides a road map to achieving this sought after state of being.

In order to achieve this goal I wish to examine the word “Enlightenment” itself from a strictly literal standpoint. To be “Enlightened” can be taken to mean the following:

1. To feel “lighter” as in more buoyant or less weighted down.

The Universal Connection

January 31, 2010

I believe in a phenomenon I have been known to call a ‘Universal connection’. Yesterday one of these destined occurrences deeply affected the mood I was in and took me from feeling pretty low and depressed to feeling a joyous epiphany. Let me tell you about what happened. You see, I don’t believe in random, arbitrary coincidences. My understanding is that life is a combined relationship between humanity’s freewill, and the will of a higher power who I call ‘The Great Spirit”. I believe in a paradoxical type of destiny that is both preordained by this higher power, but also can be altered by our own decisions that we make every moment of everyday. Opportunities and obstacles are presented and then we are to decide whether or not to take any specific action relating to the situation.

Accept Life On Its Own Terms

January 27, 2010

Those living on the highest levels of life have learned to accept life on its own terms. There are some realities about life that we must accept. This is the key to living joyfully in communion with the heavenly while abiding here on earth.

Life, no matter how we choose to look at it, is a challenge. It is the beginning of a struggle that continues until we breathe our last breath. Life is something that we did not request. None of us asked to be born. Neither did we ask to be poor, or Black, tall or short. We did not ask to be a part of one family as opposed to another.

Life is full of risks. There is a certain element of risk taking that is inherent in every venture we undertake; whether it is in business, or in marriage, in a profession or in athletics. We never have complete security within ourselves. For we know that every moment we live, our lives are in constant danger. A stray bullet may hit us, a car emerging out of nowhere may crush us, and a slip of the foot may result in our death. So life is unpredictable. We get no warning, we are afforded no red alert, and we get no second chance at life.

What to Expect From the Next Transformation

January 19, 2010

â??Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party.â?? This line is a typing exercise, but it holds a bundle of truth for mankind.

Now is the time for all good people who are aware to come to the aid of humanity. Humanity has moved about as far away from its source as it can. The energy that has moved man away from his creator has reached its limits and is ready to fall in on itself.

Humanity has been waking up slowly over the last decade, and many individuals have come forward to enlighten the rest of mankind. You are nearing critical mass and there is a new urgency to create awareness. Those that have awakened and are bringing forth this new era of life affirming wisdom are making themselves known to you and will guide all that are ready into the new world.

Old belief systems are crumbling and from the ensuing chaos the caterpillar will give birth to the butterfly. It is an exciting period in your history. Several times before humanity has reached this precipice and has chosen to remain in the physical world. The choice is once more been given to him.

We Are Not Our Personalities

January 15, 2010

As a Psychiatrist I spent most of my life training and researching effective therapies that would help my clients make changes in their personalities. The premise was that by making such a change the client would feel capable of doing or feeling things that they could not access before. Such change is regularly sought by individuals who find themselves the prisoners of personality characteristics that they have either inherited or become conditioned with throughout their lives. These personality characteristics often leave these individuals unhappy, unfulfilled, incapable, trapped, sad, depressed, alone, ostracized, self-conscious, depressed, and suicidal just to name a few.

After 20 years of clinical practice and after having trained in numerous modalities (i.e. psychoanalytic psychotherapy, interpersonal therapy, hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis, psychoenergetics, imagery therapy, and EMDR) I found my views about personality evolving in a rather non-traditional direction. This came about following several new observations that I made in my clinical work that changed both the nature of my work and my life completely.

These observations were:

1. Our so-called personality is based on the sum total of beliefs that we have about others our environment and ourselves.
