Goal Setting And Value Identification Lead To More Meaning and Purpose
by: Terry Vermeylen
Life seems to hurtle by us these days. To keep up with our frantic-paced life, our ever-changing technological society has given us radical tools to work, plan and supposedly become more efficient. Computers, cell phones, Palm Pilots and pagers are just a few examples of gadgets that keep us connected, sometimes 24/7. Information whizzes by us at a mind-numbing rate from Internet news sites, work computer systems, E-mail at work, E-mail at home, not to mention pagers, to do lists and pop up reminders. All in the name of efficiency. Work demands that we do more in less time and the global village keeps us all connected with instant news. More and more of us are reeling from information overload, feeling exhausted and possibly headed for burn out.
So what can we do to slow down the onslaught on our time and get back to what really matters? Do we continue to plug in to our to do lists on our Palm Pilot and cram as much into each day as possible? Is there any meaning and purpose to our lives? Are we living according to our core values? Have we even the time as a society to reflect on these incredibly important questions?
Three Sure-Fire Ways To Lose Weight Get Healthier & Feel Great Without Dieting
September 29, 2007
–ONE–
Learn how to reduce the fat, sugar and salt content of your food and to enjoy fruit and vegetables. Use the nutrition guides on pre-packaged food to decide whether or not that product is best for you or your family. Cooking fresh food puts you in control of what you eat. Yes, it probably takes longer than heating processed food, but what else were you going to do with that time - watch TV? Perhaps the thought that fresh food is cheaper than you think may encourage you to give it a try.
–TWO–
Stop being a couch potato and get out and use your body. Remember the saying “Use it or lose it!” Exercise increases your base metabolic rate, which enables you to burn calories at a faster rate all day - not just when you exercise. Exercise makes you feel good about yourself and that “can’t be bothered, dragging yourself around” mood rapidly disappears.

What Turns Them On?
September 28, 2007
People make 90% of their opinion about us in the first 4 minutes.
Physical desirability is determined in the first 10 seconds.
You do not have to look like the latest Hollywood hunk or runway supermodel to be attractive to the opposite sex. By understanding why and how people are attracted to you and employing these strategies you can easily have them looking your way.
Gender signals operate on a subconscious level. Which has been passed on by are ancestors. Do men perceive beauty over personality and intelligence? Flowers have beautiful colors to be attractive in a deep forest. They let you know about their condition this way. It is the same for human attraction. A man is attracted to a woman when she shows the possibility of him passing on his genes. An attractive man for a woman is usually one who can provide food and safety. Looks are not always a number one priority for woman but rather a sense of security. They are usually attracted to older men because of this.
What turns men on the most?
20 Ways to Shift Worry Into Attractive Energy
September 27, 2007
Worry, big or small blocks positive vibrations from entering your realm. The longer the behavior, the deeper the roots, the harder to override. Staying in its merry-go-round places the person in a form of trance. And like all trances, the person in the trance isn’t aware that they are there. If told they are in a trance, they would simply deny it.
A self-mirror change requires persistent external feedback or shaking event before noticeable by a person in a trance. Even with strong positive feedback, it may take years before the person is open enough to accept the feedback as truthful. This is because when our internal dialogue makes a choice it closes that file and changes that belief to their truth. Because we don’t lie to our inner dialogue, it automatically accepted it as truth. And to open it up to reconsideration is taking a risk. The common reasoning, everyone has worries, is a perceived truth, yet it is an incorrect filter.
The good news is that as a belief it’s replaceable. To start, the person in the trance needs to allow themselves to see their status and with a distorted vision, it isn’t easy. Where the behavior stems from doesn’t really matter. Because worry is an easy path of least resistance, it is painless to stay on its carousel.
The Foundational Laws of Spiritual Physics
September 27, 2007
Over the past years, I have undergone a life-altering transition from living on autopilot to recreating my life as a spiritual calling and a force for good. One aspect of this transition has been the acknowledgement of what I call the “Foundational Laws of Spiritual Physics”, detailed below. Basically, these laws state that any action that does not promote the overall betterment of mankind (or soul-kind, for that matter) is a waste of energy at best, and a horrifically destructive force at worst. Any person, life-path, or civilization that tries to deny these laws suffers the same fate as any material object that tries to deny the laws of material physics - it will be inherently unstable, unsupportable and destructive to itself (and probably to anything around it, as well).
We can see clear evidence of this anywhere we care to look. Indifference and emptiness are becoming a national pastimes, abuse begets further abuse, crime creates more crime (and increasingly more martial law enforcement in which mistakes are simultaneously costlier and less accountable for), communal violence that is not only tolerated, but actually glorified as entertainment, escalating nuclear “deterrence”, retributive wars giving way to preemptive wars…the list goes unrelentingly on.
How to Change Your Subconscious Tales

How to Change Your Subconscious Tales
by: Evelyn Cole
. . . so people won’t laugh at you for lying.
“What do you mean, lying?” I hear you ask.
I’m talking about body language–the subconscious story you tell people. You tell with your body what you think of yourself generally and at the moment. It may be the opposite of what you are saying.
You know, don’t you, that we all learn how to walk at least twice. Some go on to learn a few more times. The first time, of course, is around age one. The second time occurs between ages 13 and 17. That’s when we are deciding who we are. We practice walking, consciously. Remember?
After a while the walk becomes subconscious. Gestures do, too.
Every time I struggle to express a concept verbally to a listener, I run my left hand through my hair. I am never aware of doing it or of messing up my hairstyle. I must be trying to relax my frontal lobes so I can find the words to make sense. I don’t see myself walk or dance, either, but I do know I’ve always had tight shoulders.
Know Your Bodybuilding Supplement - ZMA
September 25, 2007
ZMA is a scientifically designed anabolic mineral formula containing zinc monomethionine aspartate, magnesium aspartate and vitamin B-6. Studies have shown that it has a clinical effect on testosterone levels when taken in a combination containing 30 mg of zinc and 450 mg of magnesium per day. The most famous study conducted by Lorrie Brilla at Western Washington University indicated that this combination could raise testosterone levels by as much as 30%.
Bodybuilders can obviously benefit from taking ZMA, specifically in the following ways:
1. It increases the body’s natural production of testosterone thus boosting its capacity for building lean muscle.
2. It increases levels of growth hormone.
3. It helps sleep if taken 30-60 minutes before bed thus enhancing rest and recovery.
ZMA has no known side effects but it must be taken in the proper dosage to the exact proportions used in most studies - that is 11 mg of vitamin B-6, 450 mg of magnesium and 30 mg of zinc.

Millionaire Minds, Money, Fulfillment And Conscious Reflection

Millionaire Minds, Money, Fulfillment And Conscious Reflection
by: Terry Vermeylen
Fulfilled, millionaire minds avoid parasitic weaknesses such as insecurities, bad habits, self-doubts and disgruntlement. Yet our economy feeds off of human weakness: You must live the dream; you must reach higher up the ladder to have a higher standard of living; you need to have an Ipod with video, and that house with more square feet will make you feel a cut above your friend.
The economy gives us easy credit, more credit cards, and all types of wonderful debt building tools. As a culture, we have less savings, work more hours and have increased our debt load. We upgrade from conventional to plasma, Pentium 3 to Pentium 4, Ipod to Ipod with video and the bank says that we can finance our new home with zero down payment! We can lease our car for $400 dollars a month for four years and after four years, lease another care for four more years!
We are a culture of consumerism.
How about if we buy our car, pay it off after four years and live without car payments for a few years! And then sell it!
Fourteen Reasons Why Dieting Is Bad For Your Health
September 23, 2007
1. The lower the calories eaten per day, the harder it is for you to get your daily requirements of proteins and vitamins.
2. Dieting makes your body believe it is starving so it starts to save fat, as this is its best way to store energy.
3. Losing weight means digesting your own body tissues instead of food and unfortunately, dieting does not tell your body what parts it needs to digest or which parts to save.
4. Severe dieting causes muscle loss and if you are unlucky the loss may be from your heart with severe consequences.
5. Dieting will make you difficult to live with and your family may want to kill you.
6. Dieting changes your body chemistry and one effect may be bad breath.
7. If you’re a smoker you may smoke even more to dull the hunger pangs.
8. Binge eating, generally with very unsuitable foods often follows dieting.
9. Dieting makes you food obsessed.
10. Breaking a diet often results in guilt, poor self esteem and despair often followed by comfort eating.
Wealth, Money And Getting Filthy Rich 101

Wealth, Money And Getting Filthy Rich 101
by: Terry Vermeylen
Lets talk about getting rich. Filthy rich. Rolling in dough. Gold plated Ferraris. Ok, maybe a gold plated Ferrari is overkill. Or just wrong. So how, how, how and how you ask? You’ve come to the right place.
1. Make it crystal clear as to why you want to get rich.
There are a million reasons for wanting to become a zillionaire. Understand why you want to get rich. If you don’t know why, forget it. Go home. Stay in Normalville. Keep picking away at your dead-end life. Understanding your motives behind serious moneymaking makes way for passion, purpose and meaning. Perhaps your purpose is to flummox your idiot boss by amassing enough cash to purchase a huge estate, and then invite him over for Kraft dinner. Maybe you saw a sad child on TV and you want to help that sad child through the gift of mini Ipods and DVD collections of the hit TV series Friends. Perhaps you want to have total financial freedom and study the astonishing and mystifying life of aardvarks. Behind every Donald Trump wannabe is a continuous driving passion, motive or purpose. Find yours. You must have a purpose to keep you going. Must! Find out what it is. Now.
