Know Your Bodybuilding Supplement - Methoxyisoflavone
November 21, 2007
Flavones are the latest big supplement to hit the market. Methoxyisoflavone is a non-hormonal anabolic compound that has been shown to reduce cortisol levels, increase protein synthesis and improve recovery from exercise.
During tests that led to the issuing of a patent for methoxyisoflavone the following findings were noted:
1. It was found to be more anabolic than anabolic steroids without any of the side effects.
2. It increased lean body mass significantly within 30 days while producing no androgenic effect.
3. Cortisol levels were reduced and nitrogen levels increased considerably.
Flavones can be safely taken by men and women who want to boost their lean muscle gains without risking the hazards associated with taking anabolic steroids. A dose of 400-800 mg can be taken daily, split over two doses. Its effects can be enhanced by taking it with protein due to the ability of protein to force nutrients into muscle cells.
Methoxy can also be stacked safely with ZMA to maximise testosterone gains, or ecdysterone to increase protein synthesis, maintain a positive nitrogen balance and keep the body in an anabolic state.

Be Still - You?ve Got To Be Kidding?
November 21, 2007
Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. Psalm 46:10
Be still and know that I am God. Can you even imagine being still? I think this verse was specifically written for the harried times we live in. You may be saying to yourself if I am still I will fall asleep. I have to keep moving to get everything done. Do you find it difficult in your quiet time to just be still and listen to God? Do you often start thinking of what you need to do tomorrow or get at the grocery? God is asking us to be still, quiet and know Him. We can’t know Him if we don’t spend time with Him. Have you ever noticed that you often feel closer to God when you are in nature? You take a walk in the woods or go to the ocean and you are in awe of His creation. I often think we feel closer to God in nature, because it is quiet. David was a shepherd, some of the disciples were fisherman - plenty of time to talk and listen to God. I remember several times in my quiet times that God continue to bring this verse to my mind and rest in Him.
Close Kept Secrets to Weight Loss
November 20, 2007
Discover secrets to overcome food addictions by releasing negative thoughts and reframing with powerful affirmations, and manifest all that is yours by Divine right.
My name is Tami Close and my intention is to empower women to realize they are responsible for their own health and well-being.
Why am I doing this? Years ago I became very ill and wrote down the foregoing statement while reading a book by Mark Victor Hanson entitled Dare to Win. I knew that I went through the illness for reason and now am manifesting my purpose. Through this illness I was led on a journey to discover Me!-the Me! who was hidden beneath all the childhood trauma of not feeling loved. With the help of an energy practitioner, I finally released the childhood stuff and it was life-changing.
Tell Me Something, Just Where Are You At In Life Or Your Career?

Tell Me Something, Just Where Are You At In Life Or Your Career?
by: Stan Lewis
There are so many lost people in the world who do not really know where they are in life. There is no mentor, Christian life coach, leadership coach or anyone else to guide them. Of those who are aware of where they are in life, there are multitudes that are not at all happy with their present location in life. That leads me to ask several questions. Are you lost or do you know what your life’s address is? And if you do know your address, is it the address that you want?
If you are feeling lost, I must ask - do you know how valuable you are? You are extremely valuable and it does not matter what the world or anyone else says. It does not alter the “fact” that you are valuable. Lost or not, it is you who determines your personal address. Your present address might read rjones@valueless.org, johnsmith@donotfindme.com or Alicia@hopelesslylost.biz.
Treadmill Training!
November 18, 2007
According to the Sports Goods Manufacturers Association, treadmills are the #1 home-fitness item, outdistancing stair-climbers, stationery bicycles, rowing machines and cross-country skiers. In fact, some surveys indicate that nearly 40 million Americans run on treadmills.
Marathoners use treadmills, so do collegiate runners, soccer moms, lunchtime joggers and legions of senior citizens who are eager to get in shape and keep in shape. And according to the research firm American Sports Data, women, forever dedicated to self-improvement, are purchasing 75% of the new home treadmills being sold. It’s easy for women to incorporate a home treadmill into an existing exercise program as an alternative to outdoor running. Or, a treadmill can easily be the centerpiece of a fitness plan, providing excellent cardio-vascular benefits all by itself.
The "smart money" knows that an investment in a good home treadmill will pay off with big dividends in a variety of areas:
IT’S A SURE THING
It doesn’t matter if you’re weathering a snowstorm in Nome, Alaska or a heat wave in Tallahassee, Florida, your treadmill is always ready to take you a few miles closer to good health. Let the mailman worry about snow, or rain or dark of night, with a treadmill, you can run whenever you like.

by: Dawn Quesnel, Coach DQ, CPCC, CPC
Are You Prepared To Negotiate For Happiness? Believe it or not, everything truly is negotiable! Each new job offer or performance review is an opportunity to negotiate base salary, bonuses, benefits, stock options and various other incentives that add to job satisfaction and ultimately, provide more financial security. You need to take control of your job search before your new job offer and plan ahead of time for your annual performance review to reach your ultimate goal of financial security and happiness. Are you prepared to negotiate?
With each new job offer or performance review, you are being handed an opportunity to define, communicate, and achieve what you want for your financial security. In order to achieve this, you’ll have to understand the basics of negotiation.
The first step in negotiating is making the decision to reach your goal. Once you have made that decision, you need to plan your approach, gather supporting information, consider alternatives and viewpoints, communicate specifically, and understand your strengths and weaknesses. You must be able to respond effectively to the negotiating party, and knowing your competition will enable you to bargain your position more accurately.
The Pain of Instant Gratification
November 16, 2007
What a great world we live in. You want something, you get it! You need something, you buy it! You don’t have money, you charge it!
You don’t deny yourself anything??do you? Why should you? If it feels good -do it!
Right?
WRONG!
As we have found out over the years, feeling good and being good for you are two different things.
So, let’s take this one step further. As our DietDivas members already know, "A minute on the lips-a lifetime on the hips!"
That is so true. It tastes good for one split second. But it ruins your whole mental outlook. So that one second of instant gratification just cost you more than you bargained for.
It really cost you a few extra pounds, it cost you a feeling of dismay, it will probably cost you the whole day of "cheating" on your diet. Is it worth it?
If your Doctor told you that eating that bag of chips would cause you to keel over in pain right away??.would you still eat the chips? Of course not! Well, I am telling you that eating that whole bag of chips will cause your mind to keel over! Eating that bag of chips or cookies or pint of ice cream right now will set off the following signals to your brain:
It’s Time to Take Control of Your Life!

It’s Time to Take Control of Your Life!
by: Kimberly Fulcher
In my work with clients, I’m often asked to help women balance the many demands of their work, home, and personal responsibilities. In each instance, my clients are looking for a sense of control and balance in their life. Whether I’m talking to a corporate executive or a stay-at-home mother, my advice about life balance is always the same. You will balance your life, your work, and your personal aspirations when you stop managing your time, and start managing your priorities.
Time is finite. You get only 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Once you’ve used a moment, it is gone forever. The process of using your time effectively becomes possible when you begin to view it as a commodity versus an expendable resource.
Do you view your time with as much consideration as you view your money? It’s likely you were schooled to value your financial resources and to use them in ways that support your family, your goals, and your life. It’s also probable that you were never taught to consider your time so carefully.
Are You Hooked to the Power Source?
November 15, 2007
As Christian’s we are often very independent. We try to do everything and often feel we do everything. Are there times when you are frustrated, tired, irritable, and have no energy? I am not selling you a vitamin supplement, so don’t worry. I have recently realized this past week how little I turn things over to the ultimate Power Source - God. Lord, I cannot do this in my own strength. If the children argue one more time - I will scream. God, help me to know what to say without screaming. Lord, what is your agenda for me today - you know I all ready have one figured out. Do we see the many requests of our children as divine interruptions or just another thing to do on our list?
I know often I grow weary and God needs to fill my tank. We fill our tanks with junk food or junk TV for that matter, but do we go to the Ultimate Power Source? Do you feel some of the things that bother you are really to small to talk with God about or not a big deal? I am convinced that God wants to hear the smallest details of our lives. I have found when I share my frustrations with Him I take a deep breath and calm down. I have more patience with my children, spouse, or work situation.
Using Your Mind to Create Wealth

Using Your Mind to Create Wealth
by: Daniel MacDougall
The first step to the realization of lasting wealth is to know what wealth means to you. What is it that you are searching for? Remember that happiness is not a destination but a way of traveling through life’s journey. happiness is not an oasis that lies at the edge of the desert, a place that you reach only when you are prosperous. Study many of the greatest success stories of our time and they will say that they were happiest when they were starting to build their massive fortunes. They were happiest when they were working against the odds and had the raging fire of ambition and determination burning in their bellies. Determine to be happy now, not later. This requires nothing more than a conscious choice on your part. Once you’ve figured out very clearly what wealth means to you and what your key destination, is the next step is to develop what is know as a prosperity consciousness. To be wealth, you must think wealthy. As with all success, everything begins with the mind since your outer world reflects your inner world. Recognize that the mind is a treasure house of power to bring you all the richness you seek. It will soon come as surely as the night follows day.
