What Turns Them On Pt.2

5. The Derrier
A rounded peach shaped buttock is considered most attractive for men. The woman’s buttocks stores fat for breast feeding and storage for lean times. This is also why bigger buttocks are also considered attractive.
If you where to look at past females they would purposely try to make their buttocks seem larger. But today this is seen as bad health and over-indulgence.
Designer jeans help in giving the buttocks a firm rounded look. High heel shoes make your back arch and push your buttocks outward. And also makes you wiggle when you walk. Which this all helps to obviously attract male attention. A real attention grabber is the latest jeans that show the top part of the bum.
6. Flat Belly
A flat belly indicates that she is not pregnant. And second most importantly that she is in good health. This being why gymnasium and yoga classes are filled with people trying and getting a flat tummy. Sit ups are an easy exercise for at home.
Tummy tops and hip huggers are used to show more of the stomach. And at the same time draw more attention to the hips. Making them seem larger and more within reach (teasing).

Breaking Through The “Status Quo”
by: Stan Lewis
In order to get to where you are supposed to be in life and have the desires of your heart, you have to get past the Status Quo. Breaking the status quo will involve embracing what I call the F.A.C.T.S. of life. We need to Focus on God’s word and the direction that he gives in that word. Then we need to allow this Focus to affect our Attitudes, so that we change our attitudes from the negative to the positive. A positive Attitude will allow us to effectively embrace the necessary Change in our lives, so that we can effectively use our gifts. Change will affect our Thinking as our minds are open to new opportunities around us. These opportunities will enflame our passion to use our gifts. And finally, the way we Think will renew how we See things around us.
I like things the way they are: Just Stop It!
Are YOU Controlling Stress So Stress Does Not Control YOU?
August 21, 2008
Have you recently moved or started a new job? Do you feel you have too much to do and not enough time to do them? Do you worry about your financial situation? Do you worry about your future? Do you feel your efforts at work or at home go unappreciated?
If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, you are experiencing stress but you’re not alone.
Two surveys indicate that worker anxiety is rapidly rising. According to one survey by The Gallup Organization dated October 2002, the vast majority of the employees attribute their stress to the job itself; and the data from a second survey that an employee assistance program provider CompSyche researched shows:
? 48% of employees report high levels of stress.
? 38% report constant but manageable, stress levels.
? 14% report low levels of stress.
Is it safe to say that if you are breathing, you are experiencing stress? YES, because stress is a powerful force in the form of positive and negative influences and is necessary for life. Without it, we often feel empty. We all need to feel excitement, experience enrichment even frustration and thrive under a certain level of stress.
Becoming Enlightened
August 20, 2008
Enlightenment, which is as varied as each individual’s fingerprint, is an experience of regaining our perfection in God or Christ consciousness, and words alone cannot express the joyfulness and peace in that discovery. God energy is perfect energy, and because we are God’s offspring, so are we perfect. Standard religious beliefs try to convince us that this perfection is achieved somewhere in the "by and by."
However, there is a Bible passage, which says, "Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect." Matthew 5:48. We are a part of the Mind that created time and space. This may be a difficult concept for some to grasp. However, the important thing to grasp in our four-dimensional space-time continuum is that you are part of the Divine Principle and always will be.
What makes you who you are is your relationship with God. You have worth and unique value in the entire Universe. Your REAL being as Spirit-God can only produce God or Itself. Every seed produces its own kind-including humans. We are a combination of matter and spirit. Enlightenment is becoming our God-selves manifested on earth. It is the process of becoming God thinking, God producing, God loving and God giving. Everything and everybody returns to God who gave life to all. We were ideas in the Mind of God and came to earth.

In The Eye Of The Storm
by: Tom Fredrick
Many of us senior students spent a few hours with Sensei last night. We, his senior students of 20 yrs+ stature, had our customary “open class”…alright! Sensei allows us to do anything we want, while he moves around to us either individually or in pairs (if doing drills). This is definitely “closed door”, always fun and is only reserved for us “old timers”.
About an hour into our training, Sensei clapped loudly, stopping everything. He announced that we would be, having a “sit down” in the middle of the dojo, and then given a “Q & A” period. Of course, for anyone who has read my material, this is where the rubber meets the road.
Truths are discovered and myths uncovered….via live scenarios and acting out imaginary situations. We started discussing some of our real life encounters that ended in violent solutions. Someone asked Sensei, “how come I can remember every second of every fight or confrontation that I have ever been in, and in minute detail? How come when you’re embroiled in a self defense situation, or ‘a fight’, that everything seems to be moving in ’slow motion’ even though it’s a lightning fast event, rarely lasting more than a few seconds”? Others reported the same experience.
How To Meditate?
August 18, 2008
We are surrounded by negative forces like jealousy, hatred, fear, doubt, worry, despair, guilt, resentment, anger, pride hatred and anxiety. These are the dominating forces of the universe. We are constantly attacked by these negative forces day in and day out.The only medicine to fight this deadly disease is Meditation. Through Meditation we can get everlasting peace, that is what we know the “Divine Peace”. To grow in light and to fulfill ourselves in light and purity we need to practice meditation regularly.
What is actual Meditation?
Meditation doesnot mean just sitting quietly for 15 to 20 minutes. It requires concentration. You have to calm and quieten your mind.It requires conscious effort. You have to free yourself from repetitive and unwanted thoughts that distract your attention. As you learn to calm your mind you feel a new creation is dawning inside of you. When your mind is vacant and tranquil your whole existence becomes an empty vessel. You will attract infinite peace, joy peace happiness. This is actual meditation.
How many ways are their to Meditate?
1. Silence your mind. Once you do that you are in a position to please and Fulfill God.
Learn the Truth About Weight Loss and Getting Great Abs

Debunking The Ab Myth
Ab training has been done to death but it’s time to take another look. Why? Because people are still training their abs wrong so all that ab training information must not be doing the job.
1 - No Spot Reducing - Endless crunches will not melt away the fat from your midsection. It just doesn’t work that way. And despite the “burn” of high rep ab exercises, you barely burn any calories while doing those endless crunches.
Your fat burning time is best spent elsewhere on more effective training. You also don’t work the ab muscle intensely enough to develop it.
So endless high rep crunches fail on both counts - poor muscle building and poor fat burning. Two thumbs down as the cliche goes.
2 - The Abs are a Muscle and should be trained as such. You don’t need high reps and lots of sets to work your abs. This just leads to overtraining.
Now, abs are a more endurance oriented muscle so slightly higher reps may be more effective. However, you should keep the reps at 20 or lower and work on increasing the resistance.
I AM

I AM
by: Rick Meredith
The words “I am” are very powerful and creative words. It is how we use these words in our thoughts and our speech that is the creative element in shaping our lives. What I know is that our thoughts are the source of what we create, and the real question that needs to be asked of ourselves is: “What have I created and what thoughts are responsible for what I have created?”
The first step in creating the life of our heart’s desire is developing this awareness of the quality of our thoughts. What is it I believe about myself, the people around me and the world? What negative thought patterns do I habitually have in my mind? Do I blame others for my current life, or do I take responsibility for the life I have created? Do I think positive thoughts about my life? Am I grateful or do I feel lacking? The answers to these questions will lead to an awareness of our lives and current circumstances and how they were created. We will discover that if our life is peaceful, well balanced, healthy and fulfilled, the quality of our thoughts are likely to be very positive. If, on the other hand, we are seeing a lack in the things we desire, be it peace, financial abundance, love, etc., it can be assumed that our thoughts are in need of correction. Does our internal dialogue say “I have a great life, I have enough. Life is good, life is easy”? Or does it say, “I am so broke, I am so stressed out, and I am so lonely”? This is the basis of our experience and it will be simple to create the life we truly desire if we improve the quality of our thoughts. We can change things today if we choose.
How Its Always Now

How do we feel the fullness of life itself?
We have to go underneath the busy mind. And go into that deep sense of being itself. Here we find love, inspiration, and our own free spirit.
In your field of consciousness, there is a deep sense of eternal, timeless awareness. It is an inner silence. The psychology of well being originates here.
Yet the silence is full. It has an amplitude and dimension to it. It is a vast power, a benign power, a power of complete and utter love. It has an undefinable quality that cannot be described. A quiet philosophy of God and life emerge here.
This is the oneness that is common to all human beings. It is the infinite unity beneath the surface of phenomena. You realize your intimate relationship with everything.
Something resides within us, an expansive loveliness, a growing lovingness, an indispensable sense of what is happening now.
Things change in our lives. We see phenomena pass before us and it appears to change us. But beneath it all is a constancy of consciousness.

Curb Hunger and Avoid The Costly Binge
Everyone’s been there - you miss a meal or you are getting used to a lower calorie phase of your nutrition plan when the munchies hit. You grab the nearest and quickest food available - usually a high carb snack food - and you chow down. And to add insult to injury you find yourself hungry again just as quickly as someone who didn’t snack!
The best thing you can do to avoid this is to plan ahead and always have a meal ready to go quickly. Sure, this can’t always be done but it’s your best bet to avoiding binges.
When hunger pangs hit - DO SOMETHING! And I don’t mean eat. Drink water, go for a walk, etc. You’ll find that the hunger pangs subside in about 10 minutes or so - unless you’ve missed a meal and are really hungry.
If you must snack, make sure to always have high protein food available. You’ll stay fuller longer as it takes your body more time to digest protein.
Try to keep some of these things handy -
Cooked kitchen strips - one cup has 38 grams of protein and only 180 calories
