Find Your Russian Wife By Yourself: Briefly About Ways

December 31, 2009

Chapter one

Some stuff from the history of the question

Let’s say from the beginning that under the title "Russian Woman" we will keep in mind all the ladies, natives from CIS countries, former territory of the Soviet Union with the population in hundreds millions people equal approximately to the modern population of the Unite States of America. So, when the big country in the other hemisphere collapsed in 1991 and was transformed into small independent national republics, hundred millions people, grown in the similar social formation, were left with one and the only inheritance ? Russian language as a dowry, which used to unite them all, and as a sequence ? the similar Russian consciousness. And undoubtedly, minimum half of them were the women, with the different destinies, different life experiences and carriers but with one similarity ? national and demographical tragedy, which in the changing epoch like with the scythe mowed strong before men. The biologists proved that the evolution is built the way that the women accept the lessons given by the stresses, preparing their inside genetic to mutations. And the men who are not able to overcome the stresses or even in resistance to stress are dying. Survivors will become only those who are able to be adoptive to the evolutionary transformation. Only they will plow the new seeds for the next generations.

They Are Just Excuses!

They Are Just Excuses!
 by: Kenia Morales

Sometimes people develop a tendency to find excuses for all their failures or mistakes. I have heard all types of excuses from people. They range from having bad parents to hanging out with the wrong crowd. Although sometimes external sources can impact our actions, it is not the right approach to solve problems and move on. Everyone knows that we are not able to control other people’s behavior. But, we have the ability to control our own behavior. Therefore placing blame on others or on certain situations will not get you anywhere.

In order for anyone to learn from their failures they must take a hard look at themselves and be honest. An example of this would be, a woman that believes that she did not accomplish anything with her life because she had kids and not much time to do anything. If she takes a hard look at herself and becomes open to being honest, she will easily see that she did not get a degree or pursue after her dream career because she was focus on something else. Maybe, she was interested on having and raising her family or perhaps she made an unconscious decision to stay within her own comfort zone.

Vertical Platform Lifts

December 30, 2009

I wish I would’ve looked into vertical platform lifts a long time ago. After 18 years of caring for my sweetheart as a full time home caregiver I’ve learned the hard way about backaches, leg and knee problems with a touch of arthritis, splinter bone and many sleepless nights. Vertical platform lifts can really change your life.

These incredible lifts are available whether home or commercial use. The lifting challenge is the same regardless. Lifts are available for wheelchairs, wheelchair carriers, patients, scooters and of course the commodity area’s of ATV, Motorcycle’s modular ramps and more.

Costs range from thousands to a few hundred and worth every penny for sure. How much is a knee and a back worth? There are various rebate programs thru state and federal supported agencies to help with the associated costs. Some of the wider ranges of help come from the wheelchair ramps area. So these equipment resources are worth looking into. Simple things like a chair lift can save you much pain down the road. Most chair medical supply sources also carry a wide range of health care products to assist us in our caregiver activities.

How Stress Effects Neurotransmitters

December 29, 2009

The brain uses feel-good transmitters called endorphins when managing daily stress. When the brain requires larger amounts of endorphins to handle increased stress, the ratio of many of the other transmitters, one to another, becomes upset creating a chemical imbalance. We begin to feel stress more acutely — a sense of urgency and anxiety creates even more stress. As a result, harmful chemicals are released in our bodies that may do damage, causing more stress. This vicious cycle is called the “stress cycle.” Emotional fatigue might result and be experienced and felt as depression.

The body responds to emotional stress exactly as it responds to physical danger. Without our being aware of it, usually not feeling it at all, our bodies are continuously reacting to emotions such as frustration, irritation, resentment, hurt, grief and anxiety. We physiologically respond to these mental and emotional struggles with a primitive “fight or flight” response designed to prepare our bodies to face immediate danger. Today, we usually don’t fight, we usually don’t flee. Instead, the high-energy chemicals produced in many everyday situations insidiously boil inside us.

Most all of our body organs and functions react to stress.

A Startling Fact About Losing Dangerous Belly Fat — Without Exercise

December 28, 2009

The story broke in the international press on October 4th, 2004. Scientists in Japan announced that laboratory rats lost large amounts of organ fat, and increased muscle strength, when a portion of their diet was replaced by a new fruit extract.

Could this new discovery be “Exercise in a Pill?”

These unexpected results left the researchers puzzled. No drug or food had ever shown the ability to target and dramatically decrease dangerous organ fat, also known as visceral, or “belly” fat. In fact, only one thing is proven to reduce it… exercise.

The New American Epidemic- Obesity.

And the unsightly bulge of stubborn belly fat isn’t the only problem. Controlling this fat is important, say researchers at Duke University Medical Center, because increased levels have been associated with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and the alarming rise in obesity rates in the United States, where presently two out of three adults are overweight or obese. Visceral fat is located around the organs inside the belly and is deeper in the body than ordinary fat, and much harder to get rid of.

The Shocking Truth About Eight Deadly Diseases That May Be Affecting Your Health and Lifestyle

December 26, 2009

I came across an article written by Dr. Ray Strand, a family practitioner and author of several books including What Your Doctor Doesn’t know About Nutritional Medicine May Be Killing You; Releasing Fat; Developing Healthy Lifestyles That Have a Side-effect of Permanent Fat Loss; and Bionutrition: The Amazing Health Benefits of Vitamin Supplements, to name a few. I would like to share with you what Dr. Strand has to say about “the eight deadly diseases that are sending people to an early grave”.

Deadly Disease Number 1: Heart Disease Truth: Coronary artery disease is the number one killer in industrialized nations today, accounting for over 7.2 million deaths a year.

Heart disease is an inflammatory disease of the artery, not a disease of cholesterol. Over half of the patients who suffer a heart attack have normal cholesterol levels. The underlying cause of inflammation of the artery is “oxidized” LDL cholesterol, homocysteine, along with excessive free radicals caused by hypertension, diabetes, cigarette smoking, fatty meals, and elevated insulin levels. All of these causes inflammation of the artery are either eliminated or reduced by the use of nutritional supplementation.

Deadly Disease Number 2: Cancer Truth: 8.6 million people die of cancer yearly.

Acknowledging Emotions and Feelings

December 25, 2009

We’ll begin with a question:

What is a moral?

I’d say it’s something you have an intense feeling or emotion about, generally so intense you would never cross its boundary.

Agree?

Have you ever crossed a moral boundary? It doesn’t feel good does it. But why? Morals are not a physical thing - i.e. They can’t be touched, purchased or photographed. They are an emotion manifested in a feeling; they manifest in the essence of your soul, which, in turn, is the very shape of your identity.

When you cross a moral boundary you go against a very strong emotion your soul has, and in doing this you are defying your own nature and it leaves you feeling terrible.

So, why did you cross that boundary? It’s simple — because you didn’t acknowledge the feelings which were of your own nature. Due to a lack of understanding of your own nature perhaps from a pressure imposed on you from your immediate surrounds.

How do I start to feel? It is simple. Start with a thought, not just any thought but an important thought. Try quietly, just for a few seconds observing your immediate feelings from a happening in your life; it can be simple or a life changing thing.

How You Can Unite Meditation, Divine Essence, And Personal Tenacity to Serve Your Highest Purpose

December 24, 2009

1. Meditation:

Meditation is a sacred practice. Shamans, gurus, priests, medicine men and other wise beings have practiced meditation for over 5000 years. In the 20th century, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi popularized one form of meditation he named Transcendental Meditation, ™. This is a simple form of mantra meditation, easy to learn and to do.

We meditate by sitting quietly, eyes open, and concentrating on an image such as a mandala, or a candle, or sitting with closed eyes, and, in either case, repeating a mantra. A mantra is not a word. A mantra is a sound. Different sounds, repeated over and over and over again, affect energies within the body, each in its own way.

There are many ways to meditate. In most instances, you sit quietly. Teachers may recommend different postures. These include the lotus position in which the Buddha is often depicted. Diverse cultures recommend various deployments of the fingers. (one example: thumbs and forefingers lightly touching, palms up.)

When we meditate, we slow down our brain waves. We change them from the beta state, (22 cycles per second in normal waking consciousness) to the alpha state (11 cycles per second.)
